We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our interior design company. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads through field marketing, collaborating with channel partners, builders, and property consultants, and supporting the sales closure process. Prior knowledge or experience in the interior design or related industry is essential.

Experience Required : 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads through field marketing activities and establish strong networks with builders, channel partners, and real estate professionals.

Leverage interior industry knowledge to effectively pitch services and understand client needs.

Conduct site visits and client meetings to support the sales and conversion process.

Coordinate closely with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment on project offerings and timelines.

Maintain and regularly update the lead pipeline and CRM records.

Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
