We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and manage the business development efforts for our interior design company. The role involves building strong networks with builders, channel partners, and real estate agents, driving field marketing activities, and leading the sales team to convert leads into successful projects. A strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and client requirements is essential.

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and build long-term partnerships with builders, architects, channel partners, and real estate agents to generate consistent business leads.
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives; provide guidance, support, and performance tracking.
  • Actively participate in field marketing initiatives, client meetings, and site visits to support sales activities.
  • Collaborate with design and execution teams to provide clients with accurate proposals, timelines, and costings.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of interior trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.
  • Review and analyze sales reports and CRM data to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain relationships post-project completion for referrals and repeat business.
